The ultimate perk:
more life

Most benefits are about making the workday a bit nicer. This one is about having more years, and a backup plan if medicine runs out of options. Give your team a full Tomorrow.bio membership.

Free to set up, no contract. Billing starts when you add a payment method, with a 5 seat minimum.

Why offer it

Your best candidates are probably already thinking about the long game

By now, everyone has a gym stipend. Everyone has the fruit basket. If you’re trying to hire people who plan their careers, and their lives, in decades, those perks won’t stand out.

A perk nobody else has

Look at any careers page. You’ll see health insurance, a learning budget, maybe a dog-friendly office. You won’t see “we pay for your longevity plan.”

It shows you’re serious about your people

It sends a different message than another wellness app. People notice when a company thinks past the next review cycle.

HR barely has to touch it

Invite people by work email or drop in a CSV. They sign up on their own, and you get one invoice a month. HR never sees anyone’s health information. That stays between the employee and us.

What's included

The complete membership

Each seat is the same membership our 1,000+ individual members pay for out of pocket. Employees pick their options privately and can switch whenever they want. If someone leaves your company, the membership goes with them, and they just take over the payments.

Path 1

Lifespan Extension

You get your own expert who helps you build a health plan for the long haul. We’re not chasing whatever supplement is trending this month.

Path 2

Biostasis

This is the backup plan. It includes cryopreservation with medical standby teams across Europe and the US, and long-term storage in Switzerland.

Path 3

Both

Work on staying healthy now, and have the backup in place from the start.

Can we see what our employees choose?

No. Every membership is personal and sealed. The employer has no access to health data, chosen paths, conversations or documents. Your dashboard shows seat status and billing, nothing else. Your team knows it, which is why they actually use it.

Proven infrastructure

Built on Europe's leading cryopreservation provider

Company memberships use the exact same setup as our individual ones: the same standby teams and the same storage facility in Switzerland.

Our standby coverage,
country by country

24/7 medical standby covers all of Europe and the continental United States, and we’ve already completed cases there. Our members live in more than 45 countries. We don’t keep a team in every city. When a call comes in, we send the nearest one as quickly as possible.

United States

We cover the entire continental US and have already handled cases there. When a call comes in, the closest team goes.

45+ countries

We have members in over 45 countries. In places without local standby yet, we arrange the fastest response and transport we can.

Long-term storage

Patients are kept at the European Biostasis Foundation in Switzerland, which was built for one job: keeping patients preserved indefinitely.

How it works

Live before your next all-hands

Step 1 of 4

Create your business account

All you need is your company name and work email. It takes about two minutes and is done entirely online.

How longAbout two minutes, done entirely online.
Step 2 of 4

Add a payment method

Payments go through Stripe. Nothing is charged until you save a payment method. Billing then starts at the minimum of 5 seats.

When you are chargedFrom the moment billing setup is complete, at the 5 seat minimum, whether or not anyone has joined yet.
Step 3 of 4

Invite your team

Add employees one at a time by work email, or upload the whole team as a CSV. We send the invitations and any reminders.

Step 4 of 4

They take it from there

Each employee signs up privately and becomes a full member. Seats beyond the 5 seat minimum are billed as they are added.

Pricing

It usually comes out cheaper than a gym budget, and the per-seat price drops as your team grows.

Prices are based on the standard Tomorrow.bio membership. You get one invoice a month, employees added mid-month are billed pro rata, and there’s no lock-in.

New to biostasis?

Read this before you pitch it internally

Biostasis means keeping a body completely stable after legal death, with the brain structure that makes someone who they are still intact. Cryonics is how we get there. First comes fast cooling. Then vitrification turns the tissue into a glass-like state so damaging ice crystals don’t form. Finally, storage at -196°C, where biological processes effectively stop.

The idea is simple: if the structure survives, the person might too. We can’t revive anyone today, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We see revival as a hard engineering problem for future medicine. It isn’t something we ask you to take on faith.

Read the science, the procedures, and the open questions before you take this to your team. Then send the same links to your leadership.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

What happens when someone leaves the company?

You revoke the seat in your dashboard. The member keeps their account and has 30 days to add their own payment method. Nothing about their membership is lost.

Who owns the membership?

The employee. The company sponsors the seat, but the account, the data and the relationship with Tomorrow.bio belong to the member. If they leave, they can take over billing and keep it going.

How does invoicing work?

One invoice per month, in your chosen currency. The 5 seat minimum is charged when you complete billing setup, and unused minimum seats stay as credit for your next employees. Additions mid-cycle are pro-rated, and each invoice reconciles your active seats at the tier discount.

Can existing Tomorrow.bio members join?

Yes. When you invite an existing member, the company seat takes over their billing. Their account and history stay exactly as they are.

Which email addresses are used?

You invite people at their work email. Each employee then creates or connects their account on a personal email, so the membership stays theirs if they change jobs.

Is there a contract lock-in?

No. You can revoke seats or close the account at any time. Billing simply stops at the end of the cycle.

Hiring is a competition for people who think ahead. Win it.

Free to set up. Nothing is charged until you save a payment method.

Disclaimer: Cryopreservation / Biostasis only provides a chance for a potential future revival, but no one can guarantee if and when such technology will be available in the future.
