The honest version, before you pitch it internally
Biostasis is a state, a body held at a complete standstill after legal death, with the structure that makes someone who they are kept intact rather than thrown away. Cryonics is the procedure that gets there: rapid cooling, then vitrification so tissue sets into glass instead of damaging ice, then storage at -196°C where biological time effectively stops. The bet is that preserving the structure preserves the person. Revival is not possible today, we say so plainly, and we treat it as an engineering problem for future medicine, not an article of faith.

Your questions, answered
What happens when someone leaves the company?
You revoke the seat in your dashboard. The member keeps their account and has 30 days to add their own payment method. Nothing about their membership is lost.
Who owns the membership?
The employee. The company sponsors the seat, but the account, the data and the relationship with Tomorrow.bio belong to the member. If they leave, they can take over billing and keep it going.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice per month, in your chosen currency. The 5 seat minimum is charged when your first employee activates, and unused minimum seats stay as credit for your next employees. Additions mid-cycle are pro-rated, and each invoice reconciles your active seats at the tier discount.
Can existing Tomorrow.bio members join?
Yes. When you invite an existing member, the company seat takes over their billing. Their account and history stay exactly as they are.
Which email addresses are used?
You invite people at their work email. Each employee then creates or connects their account on a personal email, so the membership stays theirs if they change jobs.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No. You can revoke seats or close the account at any time. Billing simply stops at the end of the cycle.
